Huron acquires London’s Trilantic International

Huron Consulting Group expanded its legal consulting unit in Europe and the Middle East with the acquisition of London-based Trilantic International Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trilantic provides electronic document management services to law firms and corporate legal departments. About 15 employees will join Huron Consulting, including Trilantic’s founder, Nigel Murray.

Legal consulting represents about one-quarter of Huron Consulting’s revenues. The company had revenues of $408.8 million through Sept. 30.
