Huron Consulting Group Inc. said it has acquired a firm that helps research institutions, hospitals and academic centers manage research and clinical trials.
Terms of its acquisition of Click Commerce Inc. of Beaverton, Ore., were not disclosed. Click Commerce’s approximately 60 employees will join Chicago-based Huron’s higher education practice.
Huron’s health and education consulting unit accounted for nearly 60 percent of the company’s 2009 revenues.
