From the Huffington Post | Multiple reports and rumors are trickling out of Apple’s manufacturing base in China about its planned next-generation iPad, informally known as the “iPad 2.” On Tuesday, DigiTimes released a report stating that Chinese manufacturing plants located in Shenzen and owned by Foxconn Electronics will build between 400,000 and 600,000 iPad 2 units, to be shipped out “within the next 100 days.”

Oh, that’s just great – one hundred days of media hyperventilation over the next iPad.
whatkind of retards want to buy a i pad 2 if its probably going to be the exact same thing with just some new features
not me
pujabi guys rock
why is the chinese people making electronics after electronics. we dont even have time to enjoy the 1st generation of things. Ipad 2 wouldn’t sell much. Then again february is tax return time.
Technology is great, but we need to get back to a time when electronics were built with American products, built in America, and build by American companies. Enough is enough with the Chinese.
I don’t have an iPad or an iPhone, but would like one. That is if I could afford the iPad, or if Apple would deal with other cellular companies besides AT&T – which I heard is finally on the horizon!
How much technology could poss b in the new I pad thats not in the first?
Does it make any kind of sense?
If you can’t afford an iPad or iPhone just look it up on Craigslist or eBay
I AM GAY
Yawn. 6 months after the iPad 2 debuts, the iPad 3 will arrive and all of Apple’s “tools” will again abandon their former pride & joy for the shiny “new innovation.” Rinse. Repeat, etc.
