Printing services company R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. said Wednesday that it was awarded a multiyear contract to produce magazines and provide digital and commercial printing services for SourceMedia.
Details of the deal were not disclosed, although R.R. Donnelley said it was a multimillion-dollar contract.SourceMedia provides information, data and software for subscribers in the banking, financial services and related technology markets.
Shares in R.R. Donnelley slipped 7 cents, to $15.98, in midday trading.
