Toyota Motor Corp. is considering a recall of the Lexus LS460, its top-of-the-line sedan, because of concerns that the engine may stall, The Nikkei reports in its Thursday morning edition.

Bristol-Myers Squibb has recalled some of its samples of Coumadin, a popular blood thinner, because of a variation in an ingredient that stabilizes the active drug.

More than 2 million cribs from seven companies were recalled Thursday amid concerns that babies can suffocate, become trapped or fall from the cribs. Most of the cribs were drop-sides, which have a side rail that moves up and down so parents can lift children from them more easily. That movable side, however, can malfunction or detach from the crib, creating a dangerous gap where babies’ heads can become trapped, leading to suffocation or strangulation.

Campbell Soup Co. is recalling 15 million pounds of SpaghettiOs with meatballs after a cooker malfunctioned at one of the company’s plants in Texas and left the meat undercooked.
The Agriculture Department announced the recall late Thursday. Campbell spokesman Anthony Sanzio said the company is recalling certain lots of the product manufactured since December 2008 “out of an abundance of caution” because officials don’t know exactly when the cooker at the Paris, Texas, plant malfunctioned. The wax can melt quickly and spread outside the pot, raising the possibility of serious burns and fire, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
