An Oak Brook-based telecom company said Friday that it has secured $3 million in new financing from the Hinsdale Bank and Trust, one of the 15 banks run by Lake Forest-based Wintrust Financial Corp.

Access Media 3 provides high-speed Internet, satellite TV and voice services to residential buildings such as apartments, condominiums, retirement communities and assisted-living facilities in the Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul areas. The company said it plans to use the new funds from Hinsdale Bank and Trust to expand service in its existing markets.

AM3 said it has 33,000 subscribers and upgraded its customer call center in 2010.
