JW Marriott will open its first branded hotel in Chicago Nov. 11, a 610-room facility in Daniel Burnham’s Continental & Commercial National Bank Building in the Loop.
The hotel will occupy the first 12 floors of the building at 151 W. Adams St., part of a $396 million restoration by architectural firm Lucien Lagrange & Associates. The revamp also includes a VALEO fitness center and spa, and The Florentine, an Italian steakhouse.
Room rates will run from $179 to $329.
