Welcome to the courtroom, Activision.

Guns N’ Roses lead singer Axl Rose is suing video game maker Activision Blizzard Inc. for $20 million over the company’s use of the song “Welcome to the Jungle” in the game “Guitar Hero III.”

The law firm Miller Barondess LLP says it is filing the suit on Rose’s behalf. The firm says his complaint alleges that Activision “fraudulently induced” Rose into allowing the company to use the song.

A message left with Activision seeking comment was not immediately returned Tuesday.
